Assam is a state in northeastern India, known for its tea gardens, wildlife, and rich culture. Lakhs of students in the state appear for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations every year.
School education in Assam is now run by a single board. In 2024, as part of the National Education Policy (NEP), the Assam government merged the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) into the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB).
ASSEB works through two divisions, each from its old office:
ASSEB Division I (formerly SEBA) conducts the HSLC examination for Class 10.
ASSEB Division II (formerly AHSEC) conducts the HS Final examination for Class 12 in the Arts, Science and Commerce streams.
On iResults, you can check the Assam HSLC and HS results as soon as they are declared, along with result dates, exam routines, and the latest news from ASSEB. Results here are for quick reference; always verify your marks with the official marksheet from ASSEB or your school.
